Any work involving physical on-site visits, architectural modifications, or large-scale implementation is NOT included in the subscription and will be priced separately.

Pricing FAQ
What subscription plans do you offer and what are the monthly fees?
We offer three subscription plans:
Lite Plan: HK$1,200 per month (suitable for up to 5 devices)
Pro Plan: HK$3,500 per month (suitable for up to 20 devices)
Enterprise Plan: HK$8,000+ per month (suitable for 50+ devices, price negotiable)
What services are included in each plan?
Lite Plan: Basic technical support including account setup, password reset and simple software installation.
Pro Plan: All Lite services plus monthly system updates and proactive device health monitoring.
Enterprise Plan: All Pro services plus quarterly IT strategy meetings to assist with future IT planning.
Can I upgrade my plan if my company grows?
Yes. You may upgrade from Lite to Pro or Enterprise at any time with no additional setup fees. The new plan will take effect from the following month.
Are there any discounts or promotions?
Yes. Annual payment enjoys a 10% discount. New clients receive an 15% trial discount for the first three months.
Will I be charged extra for on-site installation or engineering work?
Subscription services are provided remotely only. On-site work such as cabling, CCTV, access control or office relocation is treated as a project-based service and will be quoted in advance.
What is the fee for non-project on-site visits?
On-site attendance fee is HK$1,000–1,500 per visit (including transportation).
Are there any optional add-on services?
Yes. The following modules are available as monthly add-ons:
Cybersecurity Protection: HK$80 per device / month
Cloud Data Backup (with quarterly restore testing): HK$600 per 500GB / month
Server Management: HK$1,200 per server / month
Network Device Monitoring: HK$600 per site / month
Who is responsible for hardware costs?
All hardware (computers, routers, hard drives, etc.) is the client’s responsibility. We charge only a 5% handling fee if we purchase hardware on your behalf.
What are your service hours?
Standard service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Services outside these hours (evenings or public holidays) will be charged at 1.5 times the normal rate.
What liability protection is provided in the contract?
The contract includes a liability cap: the maximum compensation per incident is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.
